A Message to Parents
On behalf of the faculty and staff, we would like to welcome you and your students to Monarch High School! We are excited and energized by the opportunity to educate and mentor the class of 2027.
This is the 18th year we have had the privilege of coordinating the MoHi 360 program and are looking forward to implementing some new and unique opportunities to assist 9th graders in their transition to high school.
Our student 360 leaders have already been hard at work in preparation for Freshman Orientation day in August.
We would also ask that you reach out to us with any questions or concerns you might have. Our paramount job as coordinators of the 360 program is to ensure that all 9th grade students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in a welcoming school environment. Please let us know how we're doing in reaching that goal.
Again, welcome to Monarch High School!

First Day FAQs
What should you expect on your first day?
- You're going to meet a ton of new people including fellow 9th graders, some 10th, 11th, and 12th graders, and lots of awesome people who work at Monarch!
- You're going to have a chance to find your classrooms, go through your schedule, figure out how lunch works, and hopefully feel more confident and comfortable as a student at Monarch.
What do you need to bring with you?
- Not much! All you need is an open mind and a positive attitude.
- In fact, you SHOULD NOT bring a backpack, school supplies, technology, etc..
- Feel free to bring your cell phone. We’ll use them to help set up channels of communication between you and MoHi 360 leaders.
- You'll also need to bring either money to purchase lunch in the Monarch cafeteria, or a sack lunch of your own.
What should I do if I have questions?
- A MoHi 360 leader should be getting in touch with you soon. They'll be looking to make a connection with your student. They will be able to answer most of the questions you have.
- If they can't, or if you haven't heard from your 360 leader, look for the contact information for the 360 Coordinators at the bottom of this page and get in touch with them.
